Refund policy

Every purchase of Klaralyte has a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you're not completely satisfied with your Klaralyte purchase, simply contact us at hello@klaralyte.com or through our contact form for a full refund.  Our Customer Service Team typically replies within one business day.  Please check your SPAM folder for emails from "hello@klaralyte.com".  When you contact us, please provide your order number, your phone number and email, and the reason you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Please keep your Klaralyte purchase (do not discard it) so our customer service can provide you with a return shipping label. 

Once we receive your return request, our customer service team will review your request and order and prepare a return label for your Klaralyte return.  Additional instructions will be provided to you via email at that time.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Fraudulent or Abusive Claims
We take customer satisfaction seriously and are committed to honoring all valid return and refund requests. However, we reserve the right to refuse or limit refunds, exchanges, or replacements in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of our return policy. This includes (but is not limited to) claims involving discarded or unavailable product containers, repeated “package not received” reports without supporting evidence, or other patterns that indicate dishonest activity.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We do our best to quickly process any returns or emails regarding returns.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
