I’ve struggled with POTS for about 6 years now and have never been able to take salt tablets since they upset my stomach. I take two tablets every morning and it completely resolves my POTS symptoms! I obviously have to drink a lot of water with them, but they otherwise work wonderfully! I finally got the info from the people in the know to switch to Klaralyte from "the other brand." The cost savings was the biggest draw for us. My 11 year old was recently diagnosed with Orthostatic Intolerance though we also suspect POTS. Having the salt tablets makes a huge difference in her daily function. But the cost of taking 6 pills daily was too much with "the other brand." The added benefit of the switch - less stomach upset! She's able to drink more water now that she doesn't feel as bloated which helps her overall wellness. I can't recommend Klaralyte enough. My son has just started taking Klatalyte, he has POTS and cannot take liquid electrolyte.
These tablets have changed his life. He can stand up for long periods of time, go out socialising and is thinking he will be able to start studying again in the new year. His quality of life has not been this good in years.
